Promotion Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CARLIGHT Caravan & Trailers! Please take a moment to read and understand our Terms and Conditions for Sales and Promotions. By using our services or taking advantage of our promotions, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Non-Combining Promotions
Promotions cannot be combined in a single purchase. Only one promotion may be applied to a single transaction.

2. Expiry Date
Promotions must be used within the specified validity period. CARLIGHT reserves the right to refuse any expired promotions.

3. Promotion Eligibility
Some promotions are exclusive to customers making caravan/trailer purchases, while others are available to the general public through our part store. The following rules apply:

• Caravan/ Trailer Sale Promotions: These promotions are only applicable when purchasing a new caravan/ trailer.
• Part Store Promotions: These promotions are available to the general public and can be used for purchasing parts and accessories. 

Promotions for caravan/ trailer purchases and part store promotions cannot be combined in a single transaction.

Please  also note that when placing an order on the partstore during business public holiday closing hours such as Christmas, New Year’s or Easter, your order will not be processed until business hours commence as usual. 

4. Service Promotions
For service promotions, customers are required to pay in advance before the service or discount is provided. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the promotion.

5. Modifications to Caravan Body or Internals
If a promotion applies to an item that will modify the caravan/ trailer body or internal components (e.g., Anderson plug), the owner of the caravan/ trailer must either make the purchase themselves or provide written authorisation for someone else to make the modification on their behalf. CARLIGHT will not make any changes to the caravan/ trailer without the owner’s knowledge and approval.

6. Package Promotions
For package promotions, the package must be purchased as a whole, and it cannot be customised by removing or adding items or services according to individual customer preferences. The contents and terms of the package promotion are fixed and must be accepted as offered. Any attempts to modify the package will result in the promotion being voided.

General Terms

• Promotions are subject to availability and while supplies last.
• Promotions are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for other items or services unless explicitly stated.
• CARLIGHT reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time and without prior notice.
• All promotions are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
